Photographic group portrait of America's Bird Whistling Chorus at the Raymond Hotel in Pasadena, March 19, 1928. The women of America's Bird Whistling Chorus stand in three rows along a stage at the Raymond Hotel. They are accompanied by a pianist who sits in the left foreground, and conducted by director Agnes Woodward who stands, facing them, in the center foreground. The women all wear pale dresses, and nearly all of them have bobbed hair.
The women pictured in the back row, from left to right, are: Joyce Minert, Alice Randall, Hope Taylor, Louise McGlenn, Cora Shutz, Marie Jeannerette, Helen May Richardson, Blanche Collins, and Margaret Seavey. The women pictured in the next two rows include:Aline MacGlashen, Ruby messmann, Katherine Dickson, Clemontine Ven der Veer, Marjorie Cushman, Florence Brown, Helen Hunt, Florence Smith, Cara Collins, Viola Reynolds, Margaret Pittman, Helen Porter, Carol
