Description
Photograph of Mission San Fernando Rey de Espana looking through the driveway, October 1899. The picture is taken through an opening in an adobe wall, and the wall frames the entire image. Across a grassy field, there is a long adobe building, the spackle and bricks of which have deteriorated considerably. To the left of this building is another structure, and in the background is a mountain range.
