Photograph caption dated September 8, 1958 reads, "Det. Sgt. Al Ortiz, of Valley Division, questions Joseph G. Tapia, 20, right, who has been booked on suspicion of murder in the fatal shooting of Louis Moreno, 25. Detectives today are seeking other suspects. Moreno was cut down by gunfire while en route to a Van Nuys store."
