Description
Photograph of earthquake damage in Inglewood, showing row of decimated structures, June 1920. Two large, two-story buildings can be seen directly adjacent to one another at center. Two doors and several windows are visible along the base of each building. On the second floor, the outer wall has collapsed exposing the rooms within. Several wooden chairs and desks can be seen in the upper-story rooms at left, while a bed and dresser can be seen in the upper-story rooms at right. At the base of the building, piles of brick, wooden planks, and debris can be seen.
