Photograph article dated September 12, 1963 partially reads, "Two men accused by police of holding up a Canoga Park bank Wednesday have been "self-employed through bank and supermarket holdups for the past five years," detectives charged today. Clemeth Gilbert Bender, Torrance, and Richard Warren Parker, both 35, were arrested yesterday shortly after a robbery at the Bank of America branch at 20841 Vanowen St." Pictured is suspect Clemeth Gilbert Bender, who is being held by downtown Los Angeles police.
