Home at 15539 Via De Las Olas close to landslide Landslides at Palisades in 15500 Block Views from north of 70 foot high landslide which blocks Pacific Coast Highway 101. Caption slip reads: "Photographer: Gaze. Date: 1958-04-01 Reporter: Gaze. Assignment: Biggest slide follo. 30/65: Deepest penetration of the current landslides at Pacific Palisades is pictured in the 15500 block on Via De Las Olas, where some 50 feet of sidewalk and a portion of the street have fallen. 57/59/60/78: Two of these shots show home at 15539 Via De Las Olas. Little more than 100 feet from above view. In these two negs there is a cop (WLA Policeman Ralph Gray) either walking toward camera or turning toward house. One other neg shows Officer Ralph Gray patrolling on sidewalk past home at 15515 Via De Las Olas (Van de Kamp home) and, in background. home of Joseph Seif at 15527 Via De Las Olas.
