Description
The photo caption printed in the Sacramento Bee on March 17, 1969 states: "This is a view looking east of the causeway being build across the Yolo Bypass east of Woodland as part of Interstate 5. It is expected to be finished in June when the Elkhorn Bridge is to (be) dedicated and will link the bridge with the bridge across the Sacramento River eight miles east of Woodland."
