Description
Photograph of a panoramic view of Glendale from the west, ca.1900. A farmhouse, possibly a church, with what appears to be a bell tower extending form its roof stands to the left of center, behind an empty corral. A post-and-rail fence extends all the way to the right edge of the image behind it. Plowed farmland spreads out far behind it, until it meets the homesteads of several other farms in the distance. Several ridges of mountains, some snow-capped are visible filling the horizon. A hill stands next to the house at left.
