Description
Report on the shooting of the night bazaar sequence in Karachi and the problems encountered with the time requested for the scene, which tempted him to change the story to "how the last few vendors are closing shop and wrapping up for the night.. ." He also reports on his freak accident at the Karachi Pier (being hit by a line weight thrown over the bow of a French liner being pushed into berth) which necessitated taking codeine tablets to do the filming.
