Rancho La Ballona. A full and true copy of the original recorded November 10, 1875 at 3 p.m. by request of John D. Young (J. W. Gillette, County Recorder); original by Edward T. Wright. Copied from miscellaneous records B. 3 p. 115. Note by Wright: "Being a part of the Rancho Ballona in that portion set off to Anderson Rose and Elender Young in the partition of said Rancho in the seventeenth district court...". Tracts are numbered in red with acreage, coordinates. Hachures (fences?)
