Description
Photograph caption dated August 10, 1954 reads "All out co-operation of the members of the Toluca Lake Guild of Childrens Hospital with the Safety Pledge Drive is emphasized by Mrs. Frank D. Barton, president of the Guild. Members of the group have signed one hundred per cent, displaying stickers on their cars and supporting the drive aimed at saving 700 lives this year." Mrs. Barton is standing in front of a Valley Times Newspaper office.
