The Leprosy Clinic at Changhua,Taiwan. A lot of leper patients suffer from foot ulcers due to numbness. So they not being aware of pebbles in the shoes, or not using shoes at all, are easily getting cuts. Often delaying arrival for treatment, amputation of the foot is the only option left. (Used in: DMS Årbog 1962/63).
