Linden Drive in Beverly Hills and belonged to Siegel's companion, Virgina Hill, at the time of his murder. Photograph caption dated June 21, 1947 reads, "A coroner's aide examines the body of Benjamin 'Bugsy' Siegel, called gangland's No. 1 figure, as it lies on the floor of a home in which he was sleeping. Siegel was sitting on the divan (cross mark), reading a newspaper, when the gunman fired the shots through the window (arrow). Two bullets hit his head."
