Description
Contact sheet of images from a tour of Foothill College by Marie de Forest accompanied by members of the Perham Foundation. Four images of de Forest in front of a plan of the campus, appearing to be shown the future location of the Foothill Electronics Museum; two images seated at a conference room table along with Jane Morgan; several images outside on the campus. Lee de Forest's papers were donated to the Perham Foundation in 1968; the foundation began raising funds to build the museum at Foothill College in 1969, and opened the museum in 1973. Marie de Forest made multiple trips to Palo Alto during the 1960s, including a visit in 1964 to make a speech to the Palo Alto Historical Society.
