Description
Initially built in 1901 for the Art Tile Factory, Gladding, McBean and Company purchased the facility on Los Feliz Boulevard in 1922. The factory remained open until 1985 and was eventually demolished. A shopping center, containing restaurants, a Costco, Toys R Us, and Best Buy, was later built on the site.
