Description
McKee discusses ""abuses"" referred to in Wessell's report and observations of the military's attitude toward civilians in Indian affairs management. Reports condition of Indians in Scott's Valley and planned to visit that part of the state in early June. Alludes to his interview with Assembly Committee on Reservations.
