The girls will reign through Thanksgiving Eve from a throne inside a $15,000 custom-built Pumpkin House at the Balboa Mission Shopping Center, Balboa and San Fernando Mission boulevards, Granada Hills. More than 52,000 ballots were cast at the center in the Pumpkin elections."
