Photograph article dated September 23, 1964 partially reads, "A three-starred U.S. Navy transport aircraft landed at Van Nuys yesterday delivering Vice Adm. Paul H. Ramsey, commander of Naval Air, Atlantic Fleet. Ramsey arrived at the airport terminal of Norman Larson Co. from San Diego, where he was conferring with his Pacific Fleet opposite number, Admiral P. D. Stroop, on joint exercises. Ramsey will attend the Society of Experimental Test Pilots convention at the Beverly-Hilton Hotel."
