Description
A portrait bust of Mrs. Theodosia B. Shepherd. She is turned three-quarters towards the right of the camera. Theodosia B. Shepherd was born October 14, 1845 in Keosauqua, Iowa. She was a pioneer and leader of the California flower cultivation and hybridization industry. She died September 6, 1906 in Ventura, California.
