They are Mmes. David Davis III, Los Angeles, vice president of the Assistance League, in charge of ways and means; Clifford Hodel, Encino, Hourglass Award Winner in 1961, and E. Rew Bixby, Glendale, this year's recipient of the 1963 United Way Gold Key Award. The three women will be faced with the responsibility of selecting one winner in each of three categories: civic leadership, cultural advancement and philanthropic service.
