Description
Photograph of two women standing next to a Native American woman weaving baskets, [s.d.]. A woman can be seen at left seated on the edge of a brick building. She can be seen in the beginning stages of weaving a basket, and is visible wearing jewelry and her hair in pig tails. A large basket with designs on the sides of it can be seen in front of the woman. Long pieces of grass or straw can be seen extending out from the top of the basket. Other smaller baskets are visible on the ground surrounding this large basket. Two women wearing hats and skirts can be seen to the right of the basket weaver. The woman on the far right wears a necklace and scarf around her neck, and high heeled shoes. She is visible looking down at the basket she can be seen holding. The woman to the left of her is seated on the side of the building and can be seen holding some sort of backpack or vest with leaf patterns on it. Woven blankets are visible draped on the building behind the women.
