Description
Charles G. Abbott's solar cooker at the Smithsonian Station on Mount Wilson. The apparatus appears to have been constructed along the hillside, with a large solar panel positioned below the cooker itself. Concrete stairs follow up the hillside along the solar panel; and a wooden set of stairs leads to the cooker. A wooden cottage or dwelling is behind the solar cooker, with windows and a porch visible. Trees are in the area.
