B. Inoue writes Mr. Protzman thanking him for his letter dated November 7th. He informs Protzman that J.I.V.T.A. (Japanese Industrial and Vocational Training Association) is going to be celebrating its foundation's 30th anniversary in 1985 and that it will be holding several commemorative events. Inoue says that a symposium will be held in respect to the relationship between the CCS (Civil Communications Section) seminar and recent Japanese management. Inoue thanks Protzman for sending him old pictures of the Osaka Works of S.E.I. (Sumitomo Electric Industries) and says he is talking with S.E.I. staff to find a way to insert the pictures into the company's magazine. Inoue goes on to say that a Japanese newspaper recently reported on the disorganization of AT&T and Inoue discusses other telephone companies. The letter contains Inoue's original signature.
