Description
Portrait of woman with her hair in a thick braid around the top of her head, wearing teardrop earrings, a dark dress with puffed sleeves, lace collar, and a large, striped ribbon bow at her neck. She is also wearing a long, chain necklace. "Dora E. Sanborn" written on reverse. From a leather-bound album containing 23 cabinet cards and cartes-de-visite. Most of the studios were located in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, especially Lowell, although the cartes-de-visite were taken in California.
