Recipients are, from left, Bernard Gelson, representing Mrs. Eugene Gelson, residential chairman for Encino, winner of the Valley Times TODAY trophy for the highest percentage of achievement in a community with a quota between $5,000 and $10,000; Leah Chavin and Bil Brown of Sherman Oaks, winner of the Board of Directors trophy for the highest percentage of achievement in a community with a quota of more than $10,000, and Mrs. Roy Gerth and Mrs. Joseph Harrison of Sylmar, winner of the Martin Pollard trophy for the highest percentage achievement in a community with a quota under $5,000."
