View is looking east on Wilshire Boulevard. On the southeast corner is the Pellissier Building, located at the intersection of Wilshire and Western Avenue. This building houses the Wiltern Theater (formerly Warner Bros. Western Theatre). Building was built in 1930-31, and was designed by architects Morgan, Walls & Clements.
