Thirty-four-year-old Heinz Marquard, his wife, Irene, 38, and their two children, Reiner, 10, and Sabine, 8, will arrive in Studio City the beginning of April to start a new way of life as Americans. Their well-being has become the project of the International Service Committee of the Studio City Rotary Club headed by A. V. Havens, a Glendale minister and real estate man." A. V.
