Description
Photograph caption dated November 2, 1987 reads, "Hazardous materials teams work to cap a chlorine spill from a 1-ton tank in an industrial building in Commerce. Hazmat teams worked for two hours yesterday at the Pillsbury Mill. The leak was capped at 2:30 p.m., a county fire spokesman said. Firefighters set up an evacuation, but it wasn't needed, the spokesman said."
