Photograph of four hung men in Yreka, Siskiyou County, California, on September 1894, [s.d.]. At center are four men side by side hanging from ropes tied around their necks. Each man is visible wearing long sleeved shirts, pants, and have their hands tied behind their backs. The man on the far left is visible from the side and hangs closest to the ground. The man to his right is visible from the front and has bare feet, while the two men to his right have beards. A white picket fence is visible behind the men, and the background is black. Photoprint reads: "Flashlight view, midnight September 26, 1894, in front of Yreka, Calif. Courthouse after vigilantes hung Johnsoon, Stemler, Moreno, and Null".
