Photograph of avocado trees being irrigated at H.C. Smith's plantation, La Habra Heights, October 25, 1933. A small avocado tree can be seen standing on the left foreground, while a pipe, which extends from the center foreground straight into the background, is irrigating it. Additional trees can be seen aligned side by side in rows along long pipes, squirting water in the direction of each tree. All objects are sitting on a grassy and vegetated lawn.
