Description
A flyer about the Block Plan, which aimed to make any one block a thriving neighborhood contributing to the war effort. Issued by the United States Office of Civilian Defense. The back shows a visual representation of the hierarchy of block leaders. This led to district leaders, zone leaders, and the chief of the block leader service. After this came the various departments of the Civilian War Services, then Civilian Protection.
