BH's copy of the reply to the USIA circular requesting assistance with his film Eulogy to 5:02. Weather reports for May 18th are reported from Vienna and Wellington, but news sources forwarded to the USIA are not in these files. BH's copy of the reply to the USIA circular requesting assistance with his film Eulogy to 5:02. No English language newspapers were available to send the USIA, but the weather was reported: "At... two minutes after midnight in Vientiane, corresponding to 17:02 Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), the production of our Lao Drama No. 13, "The Love Of the People" ground to a stop so that the weather conditions might be observed." Yaounde's weather on May 18th is reported along with the fact there were no local news sources in English to forward to the USIA.
