Photograph caption dated April 11, 1964 reads, "Campaign office for congressional candidate Ed Reinecke, right, were opened last night. Visiting with the candidate are Mrs. Pat Seekins, and volunteer chairman Charles McCarthy. Headquarters are located at 2003 Burbank Blvd., Burbank. Reinecke is candidate for the Republican nomination to replace Rep. Everett Burkhalter in the 27th District."
