Photograph caption dated February 9, 1965 reads "Fabian Esquivel is shown down from a left hook by Jesus 'Little Poison' Pimentel in fourth round of bantamweight fight last night at Santa Monica Civic Auditorium. It was Pimentel's first appearance in a Southland ring in 14 months and the one-time No. 1 ranked banty made an impressive showing before 2,300 fans."
