They will present a single performance at 8:30 p.m., March 21 at the Scottish Rite Auditorium, 4357 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles. The program will include 'Ballet School a la Degas' and the world premiere of a new, one-act ballet. 'On Cloud Nine,' created for the foundation by its artistic director, Patrice McCoy. The foundation, 1508 W. Verdugo Ave., was established to finance a professional training program for qualified young persons for the purpose of forming an American Classical Ballet.
