Photograph caption dated February 1, 1962 partially reads, "The accent is on height and scoring for the 1961-62 All-East Valley League basketball first team, as announced today by the Valley Times TODAY Athletic Committee. Four of the first stringers average 6 ft., 5 in. with the fifth member, Craig Fergus of North Hollywood, the 'shorty' of the mythical five, standing a mere 6 ft., 1 1/2 in. in his stocking feet."
