Description
Portrait of Irving Link. Irving was the Manager of Albert's Department Store in Mill Valley for much of the 1940's. He would become President of the Mill Valley Chamber of Commerce in 1949, and was on the Board prior to that. He was also involved in organizing and supporting the Dipsea, as well as heavily involved in the Boy Scouts.
