Photograph of dancing antelope priests in the Hopi Snake Dance Ceremony circling to form a line in fromt of the Kiva, Oraibi, Arizona, ca.1898. The dancers have long hair. They wear armbands and necklaces. Their upper torsos are naked. They wear short patterned skirts and long furry animal tails. They are barefoot. A few onlookers are spectating from atop and in the pueblo in the background as well as on the ground. A tree or tall bush grows at right. The desert is visible in the distance.
