Description: Located on the northeast corner of Riverside Boulevard and Eighth Avenue is Vic's Ice Cream. Opened in 1947 by Victor Zito and Ashley Rutledge, the ice cream parlor was a frequent winner of Gold Medals at the California State Fair.
