Photograph caption date stamped May 9, 1964 reads "The Buick of Chatsworth's Little Smitty appears to have lost its left eye as Don Fischer of Sun Valley prepares to pass him in the 20-lap superstock car cadet main event at Saugus Stadium. Fischer went on to win the B driver feature last weekend as the popular paved track opened its summerlong season of Saturday night races. Note roll bars on Buick."
