Photograph caption dated September 19, 1960 reads, "Robert Bruce Mills, right, was held in Van Nuys jail today after an alleged robbery attempt at the W. T. Grant & Co. store, Sylmar, Saturday with a toy gun. Detective Sgt. J. P. Grant interviews Mills, 30, 13794 Astoria St., Sylmar, a teacher at La Crescenta's Clark Junior High School. Store manager John Ayres caught Mills who was booked on suspicion of robbery."; See images #00110987 through #00110988 for all photos in this series.
