Description
Photograph caption dated March 13, 1980 reads, "An anti-draft rally yesterday sponsored by the Cal State Los Angeles Chapter of MECHA, Mexican-American student group, failed to stimulate much interest on campus. The group said the rally's purpose was also to air academic-related grievances, but a campus spokesman said few students turned out. The noontime event was held in the college's free-speech area."
