Photograph caption dated January 21, 1960 reads, "Retired But Busy - Retired Los Angeles police lieutenant, Joe Dircks at work on one of his production model automatic ammunition reloaders. Dricks' [sic] tools are known in police departments throughout the world. He builds one tool per month. The reloading machine is fully automatic in its six continuous operations."
