Description
Photograph of a bird's-eye view of South Pasadena, looking north from hill, ca.1896-1900. A house in the middle of a grove of trees is in the foreground. More, larger trees stand near the spaced-out buildings of the city in the background. Mountains can be seen faintly in the distance. The Hotel Raymond (apparently not in the image) burned on Easter Sunday, 1895, and was rebuilt in 1902.
