Article announces that talks have opened up between Owens Valley residents and the City of Los Angeles to purchase remaining land in Owens Valley. Article says that the sale would end a more than twenty year long conflict between Owens Valley citizens and the City of Los Angeles over the Los Angeles Aqueduct.
