Description
Hand-quilted bedspread made by Clara E. Smith Sullivan (1870-1963). Patchwork quilt with nostalgic "little girl with bonnet" and "little boy with hat" figures in colored cotton calico on cream cotton background. There are 20 figures, each girl figure is next to a boy figure made from matching calico. Border around edge of quilt, and in between blocks is light green cotton. Inscription on one end reads: "BWM 1936."
