An exhibit of Mexican arts and crafts, including friezes and furniture, made an appearance in Los Angeles. Photo 8 shows a young girl in traditional Mexican costume standing next to a mini replica of the Mayan pyramid in Yucata´n called "Templo de los Guerreros", or Temple of the Warriors. This temple consists of a large stepped pyramid fronted and flanked by rows of carved columns depicting warriors.
