Impressus p[er] industriosum viru[m] Athoniu[m] Koburger inclite Nurenberge ciuem. Anno salutis gratie. M.ccccxcij. xx. die Iunij. Chancery folio, with paper measuring 28.8 x 19 cm. Text in double columns, 61 lines per column. Initial spaces, with guide-letters. Signatures: pi⁴ a-z⁶ A-G⁶ H-I⁸ (I8 blank). Imperfect: final blank leaf (leaf I8) lacking. Binding: 18th century sprinkled sheep.
