Image shows view of the Samuel E. Arey residence, located on Via la Selva on lot 3 block 1700, tract 6882, in Malaga Cove. View looking north shows front of the two-story, seven-room stucco house with chimney, tile roof and detached garage. The covered front entrance has two arches, and landscaping has yet to be done. Several eucalyptus trees surround the house with unpaved road lined by stones visible at far right.
