Description
One of a series of photographs found in a Salinas area house at 1900 El Camino Real. The house was scheduled for demolition when the freeway was built through Salinas. It was an area where many people connected with the railroad lived. Photos 696-702 were placed together in a rough wooden frame. Mike Howell, City of Salinas Railroad Display thought it might be over by Kaiser Refractories, and identified it as a steam engine.
